One of the most significant advantages of the PARK UP Carousel Parking System is its space efficiency. Requiring only the ground area equivalent to two traditional parking spaces, this system is compact. It can be integrated into both indoor and outdoor settings, with optional facades to complement its surroundings. This makes it an ideal solution for urban areas where space is a premium commodity.
PARK UP’s system includes a robust steel structure, load carrier, drive system, control system, and an advanced safety and detection system. The carousel accommodates 12 cars or SUVs on the surface area required for just two vehicles, maximizing space utilization.
Drivers park their vehicles in a ground-level slot within the carousel system. Once the driver exits the integrated safety zone, the car is automatically rotated and stored away from the lower center position. This process leaves an empty slot at the ground level for the following vehicle, providing continuous and efficient operation.
Retrieving a parked vehicle is both quick and user-friendly. Within a maximum of 90 seconds, a car can be retrieved by using a card or pressing the button corresponding to the vehicle’s position number.
